Cas Horizon has a cozy living room with a richly equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom and beautiful sea view. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and there is a 2nd bathroom in the house. Your car can be parked in the shades under your own carport.
Within walking distance to beautiful nature for great hiking, diving, snorkeling and enjoying the beautiful turquoise blue sea or relaxing at the charming, shady beach. Only 15 driving minutes away from more of the most beautiful beaches and diving spots Curacao has to offer (over 25!). Great places to eat, have a refreshing drink, watch the flamingos, visit local artists, go horseback riding or buy some groceries within 15 minutes by car.
The historic and world-famous city center of Willemstad, the recently opened Sambil International shopping center and one of the 3 golf courses the island has to offer are within 30 minutes by car.
You will enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant "Koraal".
For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas.
If you want you can rent a car with us!
Airconditioning is free to use from 7PM till 10AM. For usage outside these hours it’s 30$ extra per day

The villa has been lived in by many happy returning guests.
If your expectation for the villa is that is brand new, showroom ready this is not possible normal wear and tear must be accepted, also many properties on the island is equipped with so called shutter windows these are not 100% airtight. Please be aware we live on a tropical island and on Curacao you live outside, Iguanas, mosquitoes and insects is a part of the nature here, A/C is only in the bedrooms, The property is used and lived at that means items gets replaced over time, meaning its possible some items on pictures has been replaced with others that are comparable, some utilities like electric, water, internet and sewage is maintained by third parties and if any problem these companies will solve them asap, the host cannot be hold responsible for these utilities.
Weekly pool cleaning and monthly Garden maintenance, is a necessity to keep the property maintained and well, to give our guest a comfortable stay, unfortunate due to logistic reason it’s not possible to plan these schedules around guest which means it can occur that pool and garden maintenance will take place during your stay,
Coral Estate Resort is a closed guarded resort with 24/7 security and must be treated as one of the most safe and secure resorts on the island of Curacao, but still many people have access to the resort, the host cannot be hold responsible for personal belongings, neither can the host be hold responsible for damage to personal belongings due to flooding, nature disaster or any other unforeseen event
The house is stocked with few basic for your first 24 hours this holds in Toilet Paper, garbage bags, tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap and dish wash soap, after these basic are used it for the tenant them self to buy more

quiet neighborhood and close to a beach
The house was centrally located on Curacao, which means you are a short distance from either end of the island and very close to many fun beaches. The house has everything you would like to make your meals and eat them out on the great patio. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to a beach where you can snorkel and have different restaurants you can use. When staying here, you would like to have a car, but that will give you the opportunity to discover all the nice places on the island. One time we had a fuse break, we could not fix, within 20 minutes someone was there and within no time the problem was fixed. The service stood out . We will come back here.

far better than I remembered
We have stayed at the Coral Estate before in a different but similar property and went back because we loved it so much the first time. This property if anything was even better and the whole managemen/information/contact etc was far better than I remembered from last time (new agents?)
We go to Curacao for the snorkelling mostly and then spend the late afternoons at the villa,
I can't think of anything that would make the property better really. Tts quiet, private (not overlooked) relaxing, great view, lovely small private pool, wifi, TV with streaming services and very very safe.
The two restaurants in the estate are right on the water and both are very good, but there are many other good places to eat nearby (need a car) and even more in Willemstad about a half hours drive.
Theres a lovely beach very close by and several others going North. You need a car to get about and get the most from the property.
We had a fantastic time again and will almost certainly be back next year

lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at Cas Horizon. The view was amazing and the outside area was perfect for us! Good value for money. A few things were a bit outdated (like the airco f.e.), but it was all clean and very private. I would recommend this place!

Superb!
Superb! Simply put - the villa is absolutely great. One of the previous posts describes it as a 3 bedrooms rather than the 2 advertised bedrooms. It’s actually 2 bedrooms, as the 3rd one is now locked - probably private for the owners. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very neat. The kitchen has everything (and I mean everything!) you can think of! The area around the pool is just awesome; you’ll just want to spend almost your entire time outside: there are a lot of areas where you can sit in the shade (and I bet you’ll mostly be looking for shade in this climate!), whether you want to sit at a table, on a patio couch or sun beds. Of course, there are sunny areas around the pool too. Internet connection is very good in case you’ll have to work.
The group at Van Engelenburg was super nice and very prompt every time we had questions. We also had a bit of a hiccup with the running water and one of the toilets but they both got fixed extremely fast.
Of note, there’s no AC in the main / kitchen area but that seems to be the standard around here.
The location is amazing: gorgeous view of the ocean from the comfort of your own pool / villa and just 7-8 minutes walk away from an area with lots of things: a small beach, pool, bar & restaurant (Karakter beach lounge, Koral rooftop terrace) and a amall restaurant where you can find pizza, pasta, sandwiches and bakery items and even have them delivered to your villa.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and we appreciated the peaceful, meditative decor. The garden is beautiful with lush flora and fauna and interesting birds like the troupial, sugar bird and green parakeet. The deck was spacious and clean. We found an iguana in the house climbing up a bedroom wall, but that's to be expected in this country. The AC's in the bedrooms worked very well and we were grateful for them as it was extremely hot and humid in the common areas of the house. Be mindful to turn the AC off when not in the house to conserve energy because energy is expensive here. Also note the house has a washer, but no dryer. With the high humidity here, it takes a long time for clothing and towels to dry. The labels on the dryer are in Dutch, so be aware that you'll have to do some translating if you don't speak Dutch. Daily, the person who represented housekeeping was absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, and responsive!
